This Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed through Spaceano (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within the 30-day validity period.
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team to submit a return request and provide your order details.
Once the request is approved, follow the return instructions provided.
Pack the item securely and return it using the provided return method.
Please note: Returned items must be kept in good condition. If the item shows signs of damage or use, the return request may be rejected. For your convenience, a return label is included in the package.
If you wish to exchange an item:
Submit an exchange request through customer service within 30 days of receipt.
After approval, return the original item following the return process.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be processed and dispatched.
Exchange availability is subject to stock status. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Once a returned item is received and approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund method: Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment card used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB).
Refund timing: The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing efficiency of the issuing bank.
Shipping fees paid, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed issue with the item.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period.
Items returned in damaged condition due to improper handling.
Missing components, accessories, or original packaging.
